So. We’re hurtling into a new year and we look at the amount of food we have eaten in the last week or so and something tells us we need to do something about it. So, Do we actually do anything on the back of these thoughts, Get a gym membership, scan the internet on how to lose weight or do we just think about it and do nothing? Well, from my own experience we should not even think about doing anything unless we are committed to actually DOING something about it. You really have to take the step and be ready for the long hall, it’s a lot easier to put weight on than take it off. If you really don’t like the way you look in the mirror or you are concerned about your health either now or in the future then get off your butt and do something about it TODAY. I took this step back in October and I have not liked everything which I have had to do but I now feel so much better. The journey is not over but it will be worth it.
